CIUDAD PARAÍSO is the most important urban renewal and social, economic and cultural transformation project in the city of Cali and one of the most important in the entire country. It was designed under a comprehensive approach and supported by a plurality of actors who, through a well-articulated joint work scheme, act to achieve the proposed objectives in each of the spheres that make up this project.
